IT is born in Athens
EAT IT SA was born as a small take-away joint in the center of Athens, offering hearty salads, nutritious wraps, wholefood sandwiches, delicious soups, fresh smoothies, ethical coffee and homemade bakery.
IT has created four take-away and delivery venues, three in the ever-dynamic city center and one in the northern city suburbs.
IT becomes a restaurant
IT Restaurant, our flagship, opens in Kolonaki (29 Skoufa Str.), the most prestigious downtown Athens neighbourhood, with a signature menu and a familiar greeting like no other. Healthy comfort food served in style!
IT catering & delivery
finds a base
IT responded to customer demand once more and introduced IT catering & delivery from an ISO-certified centralized kitchen in Pagrati, taking the IT experience to our customers’ door.
The IT team proudly
opens CANAL CAFÉ.
An all-day café at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, a great civic, cultural, educational and environmentally responsible landmark of international stature, where the IT values are in perfect sync with the SNFCC.

The summer of 2020 marks the opening of the B&E Goulandris Café-Restaurant, a gastronomic urban garden situated in the B&E Goulandris Foundation Museum of modern art, in Pangrati. A delicious, urban oasis, surrounded by art.
